Pancakes were practically weightless and super soft... texture was in between soufflé and a traditional pancake, just right! Great flavour too - had the berry pancakes with loads of fresh berries and ice cream and cream and the matcha with adzuki red bean mousse and matcha sauce... deep matcha flavours. Both were not that sweet either... it was pretty perfect!!! Highly recommend!
