The waitress skipped our turn and called other customers. She didn't accept names in written and told us to just wait that she will call in order. But she didn't. Besides, we order 3 meals including chocolate pancakes which is special menu. We set to get pancake in timing after eating main dishes. But pancake didn't come. So we asked them to get. They started preparing and served us the original pancake which is 200¥ cheaper than chocolate pancakes. I mean what is the point in meaning not to write names if you can't remember the turns. And it is good to order food from website and we actually liked it cuz our Japanese language is not that good. But if it is made to be able adjust the dish timing, do it right. We had to wait about 10 minutes after eating and got wrong pancakes.
